Everyone willing to do an Ayahuasca ceremony or retreat needs to make a preparation diet, at least 3 days before, no sexual activity, alcohol, drugs, meat, medicines, cigarettes. How the Ayahuasca ceremony is done and what the brew's effects are:
- After ingesting the Sacred Medicine Ayahuasca, within 45 to 60 minutes, the patient will experience changes of bodily perception and will feel different, like dizzy, having dreams or visions in a conscious state. However, control of voluntary movement is not lost.
- It will generate vomiting to eliminate toxins from the body, the medicine Ayahuasca goes through the whole body and heals all the diseases of the body through vomiting. If you have correctly followed the diet, won't have diarrhea problems. Do not eat the day of taking Ayahuasca.
- The patient enters a deep trance of emotional and spiritual healing, because of the Ayahuasca medicine and the Shaman. The sacred Mother Ayahuasca is wise and knows how to heal spiritual and physical conditions, such as traumas, depression, addictions, anxiety and many unknown bodily diseases. You can explore your life and receive many answers. It is a contact of dimensional interrelation with the Universe and Mother Earth. The experience is different and unique in each participant, its physical, emotional and mental preparation make the difference. A minimum of participants who are blocked, do not trip in the first shot, so they are served more.
- The Ayahuasca session has a minimum duration of 3 to 5 and 8 hours maximum. It will depend on the reaction of your cognitive and emotional state. Most people end the Ayahuasca ceremony quite happy, relaxed, feeling a lot of love. Then they go to sleep if it's night and in the day, they can normally continue with their routine. Ayahuasca does not leave secondary effects like hangover, fatigue, etc, on the contrary, it leaves you with a lot of energy.
- The Retreats Temple is 50 minutes away from Cusco City, in a natural, energetic, comfortable place bordered by green mountains, without auditory or visual contamination. It has all the services and amenities necessary for a great stay.
- After the healing with Ayahuasca, the participant will have a conversation about his state in general, that is, an analysis and interpretation of his visions with the Shaman, s the entire process of the ceremony is totally clear to him.
The 6 Ancient Inca Ceremonies
- Volcanic Medicinal Water: it is a complete detox of the organism. This water contains strong natural minerals that will radically cleanse the body systems. Has to be drunk the day before the Ayahuasca retreat.
- Reading of Coca Leaves: it is an ancient Andean shamanic ceremony. It spots your present problems and makes accurate predictions for the future, gives the right counseling in all key areas of life.
- Cleansing of Negative Energies: through several secrets and Shamanic techniques we erase negative energies and bad karmas.
- Ayahuasca Ceremony (1): Mother Ayahuasca is a millenary sacred, medicinal brew that will heal physical, emotional and spiritual problems, faster than any other spiritual practice. Ayahuasca in Peru.
- Offering to Pachamama (Mother Earth): according to Andean wisdom, the female spirit of Pachamama (nature) will return all that we need if we worship and respect her, in a special Andean ritual.
- Flowering Bath: it is an alliance with the spiritual forces of the cosmos, so they allow and help all areas of life to blossom, to flourish.

- Those who choose only Ayahuasca without the other techniques, will necessarily have to purge with Volcanic Medicinal Water, but will not do the 4 remaining ceremonies.
- You can either do one, some of the ceremonies or the 6 complete Ancient Inca techniques of spiritual healing.
- Accommodation at the Retreats Temple in Patapata, private and double rooms for each participant, for 1 day.
- Private transportation from Cusco to the Retreats Temple and vice versa.
- Different Shamans or 4 Masters of specialty in the different ceremonies: Keros, Paucartambo, Ausangate (Andean tribes). Ashanincas, Shipibos, Machiguengas (Amazonian tribes).
- The elements or offerings in general that are used in the different rituals.
- Assistant, translator in Quechua, Spanish and English, throughout your healing retreat.
- Special diet during the retreat.
- If you want to have a personal record of the ceremonies, the assistant will take the photos or film without interrupting.
- Consultation and interpretation of experiences and visions, in private and in group with the Shaman.
- A group closes with 6 participants in the retreat. If there are more than 6, there will be two Shamans in each ceremony.
- For those who choose private ceremonies, all their ceremonies will be exclusive, including Shamans and attendees in a private place, couple and friends are allowed, no one else can enter your ceremonies.
- Private VIP Ceremony: a top quality service for very special people; all services and ceremonies are completely private. You will have a spacious and furnished bedroom of 50 m2, with private bathroom inside, heating and hot water. - The Retreats Temple has a regular logistical capacity of 30 participants, or more for those who request it.
Detailed Day Wise Itinerary - Ayahuasca 7 Days Retreat
Preferably we must do a day before the beginning of the retreat an internal Volcanic Medicinal Water of the immune system in general. If there is no time, you must do it on the same day of the first Ayahuasca ceremony, as early as you can. Eliminate chemical toxic residues of the body through the Volcanic Medicinal Water; it takes 1 to 2 hours maximum drinking the water, do not eat anything 4 hours before drinking the Volcanic Medicinal Water.
During the day of the Ayahuasca ritual you will be fasting; we will pick you up at the main office at 9:00 am or 5.00 pm then go to countryside's Retreats Temple located in the Sacred Valley of Wayllapampa, 1 hour away from Cusco city.
- During the day you will be fasting, we will pick you up at 9:00 am at the office, then head to the Retreats Temple located in the South Valley, Wayllapampa in Cusco. The retreat begins with the first ceremony Reading of Coca Leaves, defines your psychological and physical personal status, this diagnosis helps in all other ceremonies. Then the ritual Cleaning of Negative Energies It purifies bad karmas, and the body from harmful energies. Then you'll have free time available. At 6:00 pm we do the first Ayahuasca Ceremony. You will go to sleep after the ceremony.
- You will get up and get ready, at 9:00 am have breakfast. Then we will have an interpretation of the Ayahuasca experiences with the Shaman, so you can understand the insights and visions. Then you'll have time to reflect, meditate or enjoy the pool. At 6:00 pm we will do the second Ayahuasca Ceremony. Upon completion, you'll go to sleep.
- Today you will meditate and reflect; after getting up and get ready you will have an organic breakfast. Lunch and dinner will be under the Shaman diet; then you'll share your experiences with the Master Shaman, he will help you understand the messages and visions of the Ayahuasca sacred plant. Afterwards, day off to relax listening to music mantras, swim in the pool, do yoga, walk etc.
- Get up to an energizing breakfast, today you'll follow the special diet, only drinking water. During the day you will be in meditation, reading, writing, painting or enjoying the pool. At 6:00 pm we'll do another Ayahuasca Ceremony. At the end you'll go to your room for a restful night.
- You will get up for a swim, then have breakfast, and next a meeting for interpretation of your visions and experiences, in order to reach a clearer understanding of the messages of the Ayahuasca. Next enjoy free time for an Inca relaxing massage, have lunch and dinner under the Master Shaman's diet. Finally to your room for a restful night.
- Get up for an energizing breakfast, you are free to do what you want like reading or meditating. At 6:00 pm we'll do the final Ayahuasca Ceremony. After finishing, you can go to your room.
- Today is a great day, have a good farewell breakfast. Then the Master Shaman will amply explain about your experiences, the messages of Ayahuasca medicine and interpretation of visions. We continue with the Offering to Mother Earth Pachamama Ceremony and conclude with the last ceremony Flowering Bath for Love, and then return to Cusco city at around 6:00 pm.
