Before an Ayahuasca Retreat (02 Ayahuasca + 5 Andean Techniques)
You need to make a personal preparation, 3 days before at least: no alcohol, drugs, sex, meat, pills, artificial foods. The earlier you do the diet the better, more information on this link Ayahuasca Diets. Before doing the retreat, for personal safety you must know if you're on the right conditions to drink Ayahuasca Contraindications of Ayahuasca. We suggest 1 day before, you come to the office to do the detoxification of the immune system with Volcanic Medicinal Water, which eliminates toxic residues from the body. The process takes 1 to 2 hours maximum. If you don't have time, you'll drink it the same day of your retreat, the earliest possible. Four hours before taking the Volcanic Medicinal Water, you should not consume any food or drink.
During the day of the Ayahuasca ritual you shouldn't eat anything, just drink water. According to the scheduled program 7:00 am, 9:00 am or 5:00 pm we will pick you up at the main office. We'll go to our Retreats Temple (in the countryside), located 45 minutes from Cusco City - Patapata agricultural community. How the Ayahuasca ceremony is done and what the brew's effects are:
- After ingesting the Sacred Medicine Ayahuasca, within 45 to 60 minutes, the patient will experience changes of bodily perception and will feel different, like dizzy, having dreams or visions in a conscious state. However, control of voluntary movement is not lost.
- It will generate vomiting to eliminate toxins from the body, the medicine Ayahuasca goes through the whole body and heals all the diseases of the body through vomiting. If you have correctly followed the diet, won't have diarrhea problems. Do not eat the day of taking Ayahuasca.
- The patient enters a deep trance of emotional and spiritual healing, because of the Ayahuasca medicine and the Shaman. The sacred Mother Ayahuasca is wise and knows how to heal spiritual and physical conditions, such as traumas, depression, addictions, anxiety and many unknown bodily diseases. - The Ayahuasca session has a minimum duration of 3 to 5 and 8 hours maximum. It will depend on the reaction of your cognitive and emotional state. Most people end the Ayahuasca ceremony quite happy, relaxed, feeling a lot of love. Then they go to sleep if it's night and in the day, they can normally continue with their routine. Ayahuasca does not leave secondary effects like hangover, fatigue, etc, on the contrary, it leaves you with a lot of energy.

The 6 Ancient Inca Ceremonies
- Volcanic Medicinal Water: it is a complete detox of the organism. This water contains strong natural minerals that will radically cleanse the body systems. Has to be drunk the day before the Ayahuasca retreat.
- Reading of Coca Leaves: it is an ancient Andean shamanic ceremony. It spots your present problems and makes accurate predictions for the future, gives the right counseling in all key areas of life.
- Cleansing of Negative Energies: through several secrets and Shamanic techniques we erase negative energies and bad karmas.

- A group closes with 6 participants in the retreat. If there are more than 6, there will be two Shamans in each ceremony.
- For those who choose private ceremonies, all their ceremonies will be exclusive, including Shamans and attendees in a private place, couple and friends are allowed, no one else can enter your ceremonies.
- Private VIP Ceremony: a top quality service for very special people; all services and ceremonies are completely private. Detailed Day Wise Itinerary - Ayahuasca 3 Days
Preferably you must do a day before the beginning of the retreat an internal cleansing or detoxification of the immune system in general. If there is no time availability, you can drink the Volcanic Water the earliest on the same day of the first Ayahuasca ceremony. Eliminate chemical toxic residues of the body through the Volcanic Medicinal Water; it takes 1 to 2 hours maximum drinking the water, we suggest not to eat anything 4 hours before drinking the Volcanic Medicinal Water.
During the day of the Ayahuasca ceremony you will be fasting; we will pick you up at the main office at 9:00 a.m or 5.00 pm then go to countryside's Retreats Temple located in the Sacred Valley of Wayllapampa, 1 hour away from Cusco City. Ayahuasca ceremony.
- Today, we pick you up at 9:00 am at the main office of the community, then go to Wayllapampa's Retreats Temple located in the South Valley, we get ready and begin with Reading of Coca Leaves,identification or diagnosis of your personal status. Then we'll do the ceremony Cleaning of Negative Energies,erases all kinds of harmful energies or bad karmas who are in your body and mind such as bad luck, problems, stress and others; then you'll have free time to reflect, meditate etc. At 6:00 am, we continue with the first Ayahuasca Ceremony. It will help you find the greatest happiness, pure, true love and life, transforms your body, mind and spirit.
- We wake up at 8:00 am and then have a good breakfast under the diet. Then we'll do the logical interpretation of visions and insights with the Shaman about your experiences on the Ayahuasca ceremony. Afterwards you'll have enough time to read and meditate, walk to the mountains; during the day you can not eat any food and drink only water. At 6:00 pm we'll do the second session or Ayahuasca Ceremony.
- Continue with the Offering to Mother Earth Pachamama Ceremony, ending with the Flowering Bath. Upon completion of the rituals, we will gather with the Shaman to share experiences and have understanding of the visions obtained.
